The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How will i recognise your staff?
    Our staff will be wearing our uniforms and will arrive promptly at the agreed upon time with yourself. If you have any doubts, please get in touch with us direct.
  • How many people will arrive at my home/property?
    The number of team who arrive on site will depend upon two factors. The first being the size of the property, sometimes we may need a larger team to clean a larger property. The other factor is what type of service you require. For example a bio hazard clean may require more team than a standard weekly home clean. If you'd like more details on this, please get in touch.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • Will your staff wear their shoes in my home?
    All our staff carry the upmost respect for every property they walk into. With regards to homes they will always remove their shoes at the door or wear sole protection so as not to tread dirt or muck throughout your home or workplace.
  • Is your company insured?
    You can have complete peace of mind in the fact our company is fully insured.
  • What if i stumble across an issue?
    Should you have any issue with our service or the execution of it and you're not fully satisfied, please document this promptly and photograph where possible then contact our team directly so we can assist you.
  • Do i need to be at the property for you to clean?
    We can operate with or without you in the premises. Some people arrange prior to a clean with us for our team to have the keys to allow themselves in & out of the property. Should you wish to do this please inform us prior to the day so we can make arrangements for keys, alarm codes etc.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
